AC James and Eddie sit backstage in the locker-room , post-PPV, HWA Tag-Team Titles draped across their respective waists. Both men have smiles and are chatting away merrily as they sip from bottles of water. Eddie glances at the camera, then takes another sip before....

"So, still HWA Tag-Team Champions, still par of the Circle of Champions." comes a voice from out of shot, "I imagine you're both pretty happy with that?"

"Of course we are." James says in a spritely tone, "Why wouldn't we be? That said, was there EVER any doubt we'd still be holding these belts after our tag-match against the 'Softcore Cons'?"

"What we do, we do well." Eddie chimes-in, "As AC here would say: 'FACT'. What we did out there tonight was show Deas and Maniac that becoming Tag-Team Champs involves more than just teaming-up, blowing smoke up each-others' a$$es, then challenging the top-dogs. And we're just that; the TOP-DOGS. More than any Dante's Inferno, more than any DnA, and DEFINITELY more than a pair of guys who randomly teamed-up years-ago and have done the same now."

"As you sit there watching us. As that camera sits there, filming us. And as the fans out there and watch us, each and every set of eyeballs locked on us are sending one signal, and one signal alone to your brains......'these guys are CHAMPIONS'." James continues, "There's no denying that fact, no matter how hard you or the perpetually-retarded HWA fans try. What we did tonight was merely cement our places amongst a TRUE elite in this business; men that truly represent what it is to not just be TAG-TEAM champions, but champions of any standing."

"Focusing on you, Eddie, you seem somewhat chirpy considering your main-event, World Title match was cancelled due to Talon's no-show....." the off-camera interviewer probes.

"Honestly, it bothered me, yeah." Eddie responds, "But it all comes down to this: I'm getting my shot at the HWA Title, whether it was by going through Talon or someone else. And when I get that shot, I can guarantee you that you'll be looking at the new HWA World Heavyweight Champion. Talon getting stripped of the title is more than fitting, as far as I'm concerned; everything bad that can happen to him......he deserves."

"AC, people are speculating what your role in all of this is.......and what you're looking to get from your association with Eddie. SO, where do you stand in all of this." the off-camera interviewer asks.

"People want to second-guess everything I do, that's the kind of thought I provoke no matter what I do." James replies, "Does James want to get back at Talon through Eddie? Does James want to get at the HWA Title through Eddie? Will James screw-over Eddie like he's done everyone else he's been associated with? It goes to show how little idea people have. But here's the skinny: AC James is in this for EDDIE. FACT. This guy has been talked-down by his so-called 'friends', second-guessed at every turn by those people and eventually screwed-over by his 'best friend', no matter what story Talon tries to tell. Me? From the first time I got in the ring with Eddie, I saw so much potential in him, potential that was being stifled by his peers. THIS man right here is the future of HWA, and THIS man right here is a future HWA Champion. Come the end of the HWA Australian tour, this man right here will be HWA World Champion. Bet on that."

"Confident words." says the off-camera interviewer, "So you two have booked the card for the first week of the Australian tour, and I have to say.........."

"It doesn't matter what you say." Eddie cuts-in, "Honestly, you'e done here."

"What?" asks the interviewer, surprised at Eddie's 180 in demeanour.

"You heard me. We're done here." Eddie says, making the throat-cut gesture, "Pack it up and go. Thanks for your time."

"I.....but......" the interviewer stammers.

"You heard the man." James says, smirking, "Thanks for your time. Bye-bye."

James and Eddie focus back on each other. Shot cuts-out.
