"And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads." (Revelation 14:1)
The scene opens somewhere in private jet. Senester is sitting calmly on his way to Perth looking over the updates to hwa.com and he glances over the finalized card for Havoc presented by Logan Neilson. He puts his hands just beneath his chin and with keen interest looks over the line-up.
(Senester): You’ve proven to be a sneaky little meddler…haven’t you Mr. Neilson? As critics suggested you’ve fashioned a card worthy of our shows name…”Havoc.” You’ve placed DNA against the returning Sons of Anarchy. Ever since they discarded Eddie’s friendship in favor of Talon, their complacency has been painfully obvious. Clearly they realize they made the wrong decision and regret that there is no turning back. They need to prove themselves or become the stepping stool of the Sons of Anarchy who are known for their reckless abandon. Continuing to inspire the Tag Team Division you’ve awarded a title match to the Hardcore Icons, Bryan Deas and Manic against the tag Team Champions. This is nothing more than a test. Either to test your faith in the Hardcore Icons or to test your hypothesis that the tag team champions has an exploitable weakness that you would no doubt love to find. Deas is as pathetic as he was the first day he ever laced a pair of boots, and Maniac is a fool for shackling the his dead weight to himself. They will drown together in the abyss.
This is where it becomes interesting Logan. This is where your invisible hand becomes transparent to the trained eye. Heinrich vs. Davis? I suppose you think you’re doing Heinrich some favor by placing him in a match with a man who will fight twice in the evening, but I fear you’ve done the complete opposite and endangered him. Are you so soon to forget the loathing between Davis and my Baron Hans? One can only imagine Davis using poor Heinrich like a white board to send a message to Hans. To see him in his brother’s face and draw upon his every frustration to tear him asunder, all while Anton supports him from the floor below. Or perhaps you’re more devious than you’re given credit for. After all, Heinrich is working his way up to contention. What better way to knock him back a few steps than setting such an obstacle in his path. Clever Logan….very clever indeed.
Then you’ve placed Talon against Ronnie McNeil in a non-title match. I suppose soon we’ll see if you’re hitting home runs here, or striking out. Talon stands for everything that has been alluded Ronnie McNeil. Talon is the perfect image of everything that Ronnie McNeil came so close to being but never quite managed. You’ve placed Talon in a match with a man with everything to prove and nothing to lose. A man who is starting to see the bigger picture, looking past the win / loss column towards the more meaningful end result. However, we are speaking of Talon Wilkinson. Kisses aside, there is a reason he is the World Champion and the challenge McNeil will provide may just be another notch on his belt of triumphs. That is…if he can focus on his match.
Certainly not to be forgotten are Buff Bridges and Ricky Evans who you’ve left off the show altogether. I wouldn’t exactly say that was a wise decision. Buff Bridges is many things, but he remains an icon. Now he is an icon that you are treating like common wrestler. One week removed from an All Star Championship match, now he’s not even included on the show yet Ronnie McNeil is. Exactly how well do you think that is going to sit with him? I’m sure you have a reasonable explanation, but take my word from greater experience Logan….in these matters you will find Buff Bridges an unreasonable man. Good luck to you there, and good luck to you attempting to stifle the growing flames of Ricky Evans. I needn’t even warn you of the ramifications our eager young friend might employ. You are after all, one of his least favorite individuals here. However, it doesn’t go without saying that your deliberate use of power is commendable for its purposes, regardless of your calculations.
On the subject of using your power, we find AC James in a handicap match against TNT. This if nothing else in the evening is certainly well crafted. Plainly speaking, you just don’t like Mr. James, and what better way to buckle the knees of an Australian son than to torment him in the ring with two individuals who have sparked international controversy with their actions this past show. Shakir and Evers are rather insistent in crossing into the kingdom. I dare say they will do nearly anything to accomplish their goal. There is no abundance of warmth between TNT and the Tag Team champions as it is, so you are knowingly sending AC James to the slaughter….no pun intended of course.
While AC James is competing for the second time in the evening so shall Eddie against yourself with No Disqualification rules no less, and non-title. What a wonderful stroke it would be to your own ego to have already defeated AC James the prior week, and to encore the performance against the second half of the tag team champions. Muck like your questionable design in Heinrich vs. Davis match, you needn’t be reminded that you are in the ring with a man that has more than his sights set on Talon Wilkinson. Looking at you across the ring Eddie can only wonder why his great friendship of years was betrayed for the newcomer in yourself. Why does Talon call you his friend and not he? And then of course there is the precious little Ally. Eddie’s panty sniffing escapades have no doubt raised your ire. Perhaps his carnal interest in her doesn’t sit too well with you. Perhaps you envision his hand groping her bare breast, his teeth biting into her neck and nipples in play, and of course in the recesses of your mind you know that in his he’s imagined drawing the juices from her between her legs and refilling them with his own. This is nothing more than a fight over a woman, anyone who thinks better, or differently of you is a fool.
Lastly and certainly not least you’ve crafted a reunion of sorts. My Baron…Hans von Richtoven against his former lord and master yours truly. Hans was ever the pertinent one. I could tell you stories of our gloried past. I could recount the revelations he unearthed one by one, but nothing compares to having bared witness in all of its original grandeur. I know what it is you are attempting to do, and you will not succeed in it. You may twist and turn the remainder of the card in hopes of favorable outcomes but all you will get here is a match….nothing more. There are reasons that My Baron is the way he is, has the temperament that he does, and the skills he presents. Reasons beyond you Logan Neilson. Some dragons in the world do not wish to be found, let alone awakened. I suggest your quest end here before find yourself way too far from home.
