Reporter, “Wow, well a popular wrestling rumor website has blogged that people close to Eddie, have said that he is fuming, and his desire to see you lose your championship and drop you down the ladder of the HWA is at an all time fever pitch high… are you concerned there?”

Talon, “Nope… Eddie and I will meet in the ring, several times I’m sure, and all that matters is that in the end he realizes he crossed the wrong line with the wrong person… end of story, end of choice.”

Reporter, “So now getting back to my original question, do you have any more thoughts on the lack of reaction out of AC James after his vocal displeasure at Havoc?”

Talon, “Not at all, he made it clear in his post Havoc interview that he was more outraged by the despicable and appalling actions committed in the ring by TNT, he has every right to be up in arms and wanting their heads on a platter, and Logan obliged that by booking the handicap match, I have no doubt that James will exact a lot of revenge at Havoc, but then again, I could be under estimating the team of Evers and Shakir, being trained at the Dredge academy, they know their stuff, but an angry AC James is dangerous, I know from experience… So no, I’m not surprised he hasn’t lashed out at me yet over what I did at Havoc, but I won’t be caught off guard when he does have something to say about it…”

Reporter, “Now speaking of Havoc and the Tag team division, we saw the return of Fallen and William “The Dragon” Draconis at Havoc as well, they have joined to form a new “Sons of Anarchy” and seem to be refocused… Thoughts?”

Talon, “ Yes I saw that The SoA has reformed, with the original ring leader of Sons of Anarchy, and the smarter of the two members of the Dark Templars are now teaming to become the second coming of the not so apocalyptic sons, I guess they just couldn’t convince ole David Willyard to leave Japan and come tell them how lace their wrestling boots. The Sons are going to have to do a lot before they hold any merit in my eyes, both members had teams that came after the group Ed and I had amassed, and frankly the last significant thing I remember them doing was getting beat down by myself, Ronnie, and Ed when we were dressed in Star Trek costumes…”

Talon pauses and smiles reflecting fondly on the memory…

Reporter, “So if things continue to progress the way you think they will, you will still be world Champion when ‘The Other Side’ rolls around, and if that is truly the case, you will be in charge of the show, as well as booking the card; that being said, who would you choose to take on the Tag Team Champions at The Other Side?”

Talon, “I haven’t thought on that topic very much to tell you the truth. HWA and wrestling as a whole is a lot like any other sport, you have to focus on the tasks at hand before looking two and three weeks ahead and planning. Even if Senester doesn’t strip me of the title, I could end up losing it on Hans’ Havoc, so The Other Side is way to far way to even start brainstorming the card…”

Reporter, “OK, so no ‘Other Side’ questions… Well we heard earlier on the HWA network an interview with Hans von Richtoven, he commented briefly on the conversation the two of you had before Havoc that our cameras did not catch, can you tell us a little bit more about that situation?”

Talon, “Situation? It was simply a sit down, we had a couple drinks at a local bar, and during that time we talked…”

Reporter, “About what exactly?”

Talon looks over at the reporter with a slightly irritated look before speaking once more.

Talon, “The Weather, sports, other wrestling outside of the HWA, ummm, lets see, we talked about our differences from the time when he and Ed were butting heads over the All Star title… things like that, honestly it was kept off camera for the reason that it wasn’t anyone else’s business.”

The reporter looks at Talon for a moment a bit shocked by his response, he shakes it off after a moment and changes topics.

Reporter, “Ok Mr. Wilkinson well I’ve got one more thing to ask you before I leave you to enjoy the rest of your day here… ”

Talon finishes off his glass of water before leaning forward in his chair in anticipation of this final question.

Reporter, “Alright, well… did you enjoy kissing Senester?”

Talon lets out a loud laugh drawing the attention of several other patrons in the bar area… after a moment they resume their regular activities as Talon smirks and continues.

Talon, “The kiss itself, no. but what I did enjoy was the look of shock I saw in the eyes of Senester when I caught him off guard and he realized what was happening. The look on his face was far sweeter than any tear he has ever tasted off of my cheek, the feeling of triumph trumped his quest to humiliate me, and by doing so I in turn embarrassed him as I said before, but the best thing of all was leaving the owner of the company, the self proclaimed God, standing in the center of the HWA Ring, in front of the Circle of Champions, with a hard on, and his jaw dropped to the floor as he realizes the encounter of his dreams was nothing more than a real life tease of a wet dream… I enjoyed the small victory, even at the expense of having to willingly kiss such a fowl being…”

Talon watches as the young reporter jots more notes into his notebook and then presses the stop button on his recording device.

Reporter, “Thank you Talon, I really enjoyed the interview… enjoy Australia.”

Talon, “Thank you too… I didn’t catch your name.”

Reporter, “Steve… it’s Steve.”

Talon, “Well Steve, good job. Take it easy.”

The two men stand up and shake hands. As Steve walks away, Talon pulls his blackberry out form his pocket and dials a number…

Talon, “Hey Gaga?... Yeah, its me. I’m doing great, hope you are… Yeah, I saw your new video last night… very good stuff. Listen, you want to meet me for lunch, I’m in Australia so if you want to use the Jet I could have them pick you up in New York when Ally comes down… Yeah, that’d be great… See you then.”

Talon smiles and walks back to the reception desk as the camera backs out and fades to black.
