(Eddie is sitting in a Bar. Just him and a few guys in the back playing pool, Bartender at hand. DNA walk in as the bartender pauses and whispers in Eddie's ear to let him know who has walked in. Eddie looks over and gives a quip, almost a chuckle shaking his head)

Eddie: What do you guys want...Really!

Davis: Besides your head under my f@ckin boot..This man here, Anton thinks you can be reasoned with

EDDIE:Reason

ANTON: what davis means to say Eddie, Is that we need to talk

EDDIE: why is there so much talking

(DAVIS LOOKS AT ANTON GETTING SEEMINGLY FRUSTRATED)

ANTON: Eddie all you have to do is listen

(EDDIE GETS UP AND POINTS TO A TABLE AS ALL THREE MEN WALK TO THE TABLE AND SIT)

EDDIE: Talk..(TAKES A SIP OF BRANDY IN HIS GLASS)

ANTON: Eddie, I can't pin point where the pendulum shifted...But all i know is that it shifted...I think of everything that we as a unit and as individuals have went through and fight with myself telling myself that it can't be for nothing.But here we are

EDDIE: I had a dream last night....

Anton: what?

EDDIE: I had a dream, I dreamt that I found the cure for aids

DAVIS: What does that have to do with anything

EDDIE: I, Eddie, the man that suddenly everyone loves to hate found a cure for aids

ANTON: What do you think it meant

EDDIE: see I didn't think the meaning meant anything, It was the cure that actually had me thinking

DAVIS: What was the cure

EDDIE: See, normally a negative and a negative breeds a positive. Well in theory. So why wouldn't that idea fit here....and do you know that they found a pac of lions who had the HIV virus in Africa...

ANTON: Did they cure them

EDDIE: well it wasn't if they were cured or not..My question was..who gave lions the Aids, Do you understand any of this

DAVIS: not one bit and Im actually getting pissed...(LOOKS AT ANTON) See anton, This is why I said not to do this..
