A typing sound can be heard as the familiar static fills the old tv. The camera pans out to see the man typing with his back to the camera. Bing. The type writer keeps typing and occasionally looks up towards the wall of monitors from last time. Bong. He reached out and taps one monitor whose picture had started to roll. He sits back watching the monitor and then goes back to typing his notes
Bing. He paused and looks at the monitors again.
Monitor- Hmmm. Interesting. Subject 1 is trying to avoid the cameras. Hahahaha. Apologies Alpha but there's nowhere we can't monitor you. Now Beta.... With subject Beta who's already tried multiple escapes we had to a different approach to therapy... Yes... the Monitor types a few more pages. Bing. Type type type. Bing... After he pulls out his paper and reaches down into a drawer and pulling out a stamp pad and a stamp, he stamps both files before him... and with this stamp the day is finally done fine people. He announces to the air... and stamps the folders with the words...and walks out the room with a flourish of his jacket... The camera pans over to the files....
Need more observations.
Hold pending Doctors visit.
Consider dangerous.
Clinically Insane.
and with that the static returns and the TV turns off
