The screen is black, and a familiar, legendary voice begins in its void. (Morgan Freeman): He is the kind of man who walks into a room and changes the temperature. Eyes like shards of ice, emotionless and penetrating, devoid of warmth or empathy. When he looks at you, it’s not to see you…it’s to measure you, calculate your worth, assess how best to use or destroy you. There’s no flicker of humanity behind his stare. No regret. No guilt. Just the quiet hum of a ruthless mind constantly turning. His name is spoken in whispers, not out of respect mind you, but survival. He commands with silence more than words, but when he speaks, it’s with precision and venom. A master manipulator, he doesn’t just beat rivals he erases them, often with a smile, always with finality. He owns boardrooms like warlords own battlefields….shrewd, calculated, always ten steps ahead. His deals aren’t negotiations…they’re declarations of dominance. He’s cruel not in bursts of rage, but in measured, deliberate strokes. He dismantles people piece by piece…reputations, finances, families…then watches the wreckage with detached satisfaction. He never forgets a slight and never forgives a failure. His revenge is patient, elaborate, and permanent. People don’t cross him twice…they’re lucky to survive the first time. There’s a darkness to him that isn’t loud or wild…it’s controlled, like a scalpel. He doesn’t yell. He smiles when he cuts. And the worst part? He enjoys it. He is the storm in a tailored suit. Evil, pure and undiluted…not because he lost his soul, but because he never had one to begin with. He is…Senester! A black and white scene opens to a dimly lit arena. The camera pans the vacant stands and an empty wrestling ring. Tiny dust particles float in the air on streaks of light. On the promenade…the concession stands are void of food, and merchandise stalls are barren, a thick layer of dust covering them and the floor. A chair remains turned over in the locker room. A towel hangs tattered from a rusted, dripping shower stall. This derelict arena is lifeless. Ghosts of its past glories now haunt it through lingering shadows and echoes. Then…color bleeds back into the images, followed by faint, creeping sounds of chatter building up in the arena, the sound of bodies hitting the wooden planks beneath the ring canvas, of bells ringing, a referee shouting 1…………………..2……………….3 and finally, the crescendo…the full-blown roar of fans cheering. We pan back to the ring where Anderson Cooper stands in the center of the darkened arena below a spotlight. (Anderson Cooper): We all know the stories of Superman and Batman. Their origins have been told and retold for decades. We could start with an origin here, but this…is no superhero story. It is one of a Supervillain, with unparalleled notoriety, whose array of ills warrant structured retelling. In this Netflix original docuseries, world renown journalists, tv personalities, a host of political figures and eyewitnesses…come together not to look back at very beginning itself, but to the beginning of one man’s downfall. This is a journey into untold stories, unseen events, and unsung heroes, all to discover truths and to dispel rumors and falsehoods…and nothing is off the table. Through exclusive interviews and never before seen footage…join us as we delve deep into…………..Senester: Being Human. The screen goes black before changing to various images of Senester throughout HWA history in and out of the ring. Opening credits list the documentary lead narrators, Anderson Cooper (CNN), Oprah Winfrey (OWN), and Piers Morgan (Uncensored). As the credits conclude we are taken back to the empty arena where Anderson Cooper stands in the center of a ring with the lit spotlight. (Anderson Cooper): April 2013…the Hardcore Wrestling Alliance’s flagship show “Havoc” aired with an impressive Neilson rating of 2.6. The main event would see Bryan Deas with a long-awaited World Heavyweight Championship title match against then champion, Senester. However, suffering from injury Deas perhaps knew he was facing a losing battle, so he devised a plan, and struck a deal. With the approval of HWA Executive Director of Business Affairs, Elizabeth Shevington…Bryan Deas put the rights to his title opportunity on the line against Butch Parker in an impromptu match. In a shocking turn of events, Deas proceeded to lay down and three seconds later Butch Parker was the #1 contender. Parker and Senester met in the main event, and at the end of their epic 51-minute encounter Butch Parker was the new champion. To the two combatants, to the fans, and the wrestling world it was a night of victories and defeats much like any other they’d witnessed countless times. Parker and Senester had faced-off before over the years, their rivalry arguably one the greatest in wrestling history, but it is here…only in hindsight where we see that this was the moment where forces would slowly begin to align against Senester. I went to the home William Blaton, former HWA referee where that story began. Some prerecorded footage begins to play…we see Anderson Cooper arrive at a modest home in Rockford, Illinois. The neatly mowed lawn is accented by a dusting of the winters first snow. The front door is opened by a gentleman who greets him and his crew with handshakes and a smile before waving them in. The local news is on the living room television, the makings of what is likely dinner are taking shape in the kitchen, and his wife welcomes them with a tray of refreshments before kissing her husband on the forehead with a sorrowful, empathetic look on her face before taking her leave. Off camera they chat for a while as Cooper sets the stage for the interview. We join them minutes later into the heart of the interview as the discussion turned from general things such as the rigorous travel schedule and the physical demands of his position in the company to his relationship with Butch and Senester. (Former HWA Official: William Blaton): I couldn't tell you how many matches I called there…hundreds, but anytime I was in the ring with the two of them, they chilled me to the bone, I can tell you that much. In different ways mind you. (Anderson Cooper): How so? William sighs, shaking his head in thought. (Former HWA Official: William Blaton): With Butch I think it was sheer awe. I mean, I’m an average size Joe but his physique, his strength, the way he moved in the ring. He’s intense, he’s fierce, his respect for that ring is unrivaled and on the other side of that coin he’s about the kindest man you’d ever want to meet. Give you shirt off his back or the last buck from his wallet. With “him”………with Senester… He pauses…the name rising from his being like bile. His thoughts trail off in a moment of silence as he tries to find the words. The corner of his lip twitches involuntarily with a slight quiver. (Former HWA Official: William Blaton): Granted he’s equally as physically impressive as Butch, but I’ll be honest…it was fear. He goes silent again, something about giving life once more to that name causes the color from his face to drain. (Former HWA Official: William Blaton): The man was pure darkness, like out of one of those horror movies when something evil passes by and the damn flowers wilt and die in its wake………and I’m not the only one who felt that way, we all did. Anderson Cooper nods, then steers the conversation back to Blaton’s duties. (Anderson Cooper): Following that night, the night of that match …and for a period of time after…the business continued much as one would expect in professional wrestling. Episodes of one-upmanship continued, new faces entered the mix, old faces departed…all very typical of the industry right? (Former HWA Official: William Blaton): I’d say so, yes. The Parker / Senester rivalry continued but Butch’s attention as a long reigning champion turned to new contenders like that Michael James fellow. (Anderson Cooper): While Senester by all accounts continued to impose his authority as owner of the company upon individuals in cruel ways. But something changed for you? Mr. Blaton’s left hand now involuntarily jerks and begins to shake. He grabs it with his right and takes a deep, heavy sigh. He swings his head around seeing if his wife is within earshot. (Former HWA Official: William Blaton): I suppose it’s time we get to that then. (Anderson Cooper): Only if you’re comfortable with it, as we said earlier. (Former HWA Official: William Blaton): I think I’m ok. (Anderson Cooper): We were about to speak about something that changed for you. Specifically referring to the night you left the company? Mr. Blaton diverts his eyes from Anderson Cooper in thought and nods in agreement, he snorts out a sob but pulls it back quickly. The vivid memory of what he’s about to get into hitting him hard as it resurfaces. (Anderson Cooper): I understand this may be difficult for you, even this many years removed. Anderson looks on with compassion, allowing him to take his time. Mr. Blaton sniffles before he continues. (Former HWA Official: William Blaton): It’s difficult! I don’t talk about this. I’ve seen my share of hard things, ’82 I was in Korea before I got into wrestling. I thought the army prepared a man for just about anything. I also thought I would retire in wrestling but there are things you expect from the business and things you don’t, and I’m not ashamed to say…that night broke me. (Anderson Cooper): We’d like to take a look back to that night in question. I think it’s important that your part in this story is told, and through your own words and account. May we roll the footage? William takes a deep sigh, then nods again as the footage begins to play on a laptop Anderson shows him. We are taken full screen to Road to Ruin, April 2015. The night was set to write the final chapter in the Butch Parker and Michael James saga. Parker who had previously been champion since defeating Senester almost 2 years prior, ultimately lost to Michael James who was now enjoying his own year long reign. We are taken to earlier in the night where Freddie Styles had just defeated Stu-E Price for the All Star Championship: The referee exits the ring and makes his way over to the announcers table where both men head to the back. Ringside crews are heading out to disassemble the ring and setup the Octagon hanging partially prepared up above. The referee for the main event makes his way out and sits next to the ring announcer waiting. (Mia): This is so exciting Jason. Nearly a year in the waiting and…the rematch between Michael James and Butch Parker is seconds before us. (Jason): To hell with Mayweather and Pacquiao…this is the fight people have waited ages to see. (Mia): You’re damn right about that. Navras” by Juno Reactor hits the arena that goes into an uproar as Senester once again makes his presence felt in the arena. He heads straight to the ring and demands the ring announcer and referee’s attendance. He converses with them privately and each man looks at one another with a look somewhere between shock and utter horror. The referee seems to reject whatever was said and Senester grabs him by the collar yanking him to his face with his demands. The ref seems adamant that he won’t do whatever it is that Senester has asked. He tries to pull away and Senester clocks him hard in the head. The arena goes into an uproar as the announcer steps back. The ref tries to scamper from the ring but Senester yanks him up and rams a knee hard into his gut doubling him over. He hooks his head and drives him to the mat with the “Damnation” (DDT). He rolls out of the ring and pulls up the floor mat and returns to the ring pulling the ref out onto the apron. He looks like he means all business as he hoists him up with ease and drops down off the apron with the "Viaticum" (A pilediver executed from the ring apron to the arena floor). Fans are throwing trash and EMT’s rush out as the ref lays on the floor, his body quivering. (Mia): Sweet Jesus, I think he broke his neck Jason. I think I just heard them say his neck is broken. (Jason): Maybe he should have just done his duty. (Mia): And what duty would that be, some way Senester has devised to bend the Lion’s Den rules to his will? To make sure Michael James retains the title? Suddenly the arena thunders as Butch Parker rushes down to the ring to confront Senester. Senester darts in the ring out of his direct path and stares down at him from the ring. Butch looks over at the referee with concern then looks up at Senester mouthing something at him. Butch steps up on the apron and there isn’t a fan in their seat as he and Senester stare at one another. Wisdom rushes down ringside and grabs Butch’s leg as he makes a move to step in the ring. He almost kicks her in the face from sheer reflexes. “Arthur’s Fanfare” hits the arena and Mrs. Shevington makes her way out onto the stage. (Mrs. Shevington): That is quite enough. Don’t you think you’ve done enough already? (Senester): So glad you could join us Elizabeth, you see…I haven’t done enough. That impromptu handicap match you opened Road to Ruin with inspired me. “Card subject to change”….indeed it is the fine print on every ticket and every arena contract. So, I’ve decided to make a change myself. Senester looks over at the ring announcer who reluctantly steps forward as he’s motioned into action. (Announcer): Ladies and gentlemen…the Lion’s Den match for the World Heavyweight Championship match between Butch Parker and Michael James has been suspended. Butch shouts out loud “What the Fuk!” He steps into the ring ready to rip Senester’s head from his neck. When Shevington reaches the ring and steps in-between them imploring Butch to restrain himself. Wisdom has a firm grip on his arm, the tension in his muscles feel as if they are ready to tear from the bone. The arena is beside itself; all manner of trash is being thrown ringside and Senester smiles enjoying the dismay. At this point Michael James emerges on the stage, a cigar dangling casually from his lips, the World Title on his shoulders and in a puff of smoke he smiles arrogantly. (Mrs. Shevington): You can’t do that. You have no right. Senester turns to Shevington a flash of anger on his face. His tone cold and calculating as ever… (Senester): I have every right! You forget yourself Elizabeth but I’m happy to remind you. I’m going to remind you and everyone else. He turns to the announcer and speaks to him. The announcer’s face turns sickly and Sensster shouts “Say It!” The man seems so afraid that he partially stutters as a replacement referee enters the ring. (Announcer): L, La, La, Ladies and gentlemen………..the following contest is the Main Event of the evening, and it is a No Disqualification match set for 2 out 3 falls. He hesitantly continues… (Announcer): Introducing first…currently in the ring…Elizabeth Shevington, and her opponent………..Wisdom Parker. Jaws drop and eyes bulge with the announcement. Wisdom looks at Butch with absolute confusion, shock, and horror. (Announcer): If Wisdom wins there will be a double main event and the originally scheduled Lion’s Den match will commence. Should Shevington win, there will be no double-main event and the Best of 3 Series will be officially cancelled. Senester steps in front of her as Shevington’s face has gone pale. He takes his forefinger and lifts her chin up bringing her eyes into his cold, dark gaze. (Senester): You see Elizabeth…I…..am God! Try to refuse me…I beg you…I think you know what will happen. (Butch): You son of a bitch! Butch lunges at him but Wisdom jumps in front and Senester jumps back. (Senester): Oh….and by the way Butch…you’re banned from ringside. You or any other superstar for that matter steps so much as steps a toe from behind that curtain you’ll never see the World Title again. In fact…you’ll never face Michael James again. Not in a singles match, not in a tag match. If he’s in a Battle Royal, you won’t get to participate. No match of any kind….get the picture! Senester whispers something else to the ring announcer as he stares at Wisdom, then slithers from the ring with gratification on his face. The debris ringside and up the aisle is staggering…a clear indication of what the fans are thinking and feeling. He looks down frowning in disgust at the crowd as he heads up the ramp. Ringside, Mrs. Shevington is in complete disarray. Butch and Wisdom are in the corner talking… (Butch): I should have expected this, some fiendish, sadistic manipulation by him. Butch blows up shouting “Mother Fuker!” as he kicks the ropes and starts ripping the turnbuckles off with brute force. Michael James seems to be enjoying every minute of this, a smile on his smug face as he turns behind Senester and makes his way to the back. (Wisdom): We don’t have a choice babe. (Butch): Wisdom you’d fuking kill her, she’s 70 goddamn years old or something. This is exactly what he wanted…to back me into a corner….it’s over! (Wisdom): I’ll take it easy on her, all she has to do is lay down. (Butch): And you think he’s not going to waltz back out here and put a stop to that? No…it won’t work! Butch looks out into the crowd. He closes his eyes as his hands grip the rope, the last year and a half rushing through his mind. His every hope and wish to get his hands on Michael James so close and so far away at the same time……and his choice is made. He looks at Wisdom, his gorgeous green eyes seemingly almost teary. He pulls her close to him and manages a faint smile. He rests his hands on her shoulders. The weight of them seem to triple on her and she begins to feel crushed. Her eyes tear with the realization in his eyes. She knows him too well. Knows what he’s about to say. (Butch): I’m sorry babe. (Wisdom): I know. (Butch): It’s the only way. Butch looks to the crowd with a weak smile, then takes Wisdom by the hand as they exit the ring. He nods at Mrs. Shevington and they begin to walk up the ramp. A “Fuk You Senester” chants rumbles off the walls of the arena. (Mia): This is such bullshit. “Fuk you Senester” is right. Oh he knew what he was doing. No one can truly understand the sacrifice Butch Parker is making here tonight. (Jason): He had a choice. He could have let Wisdom beat the shit out of Shevington. (Mia): That’s not the kind of man he is. This is the kind of man he is, a man that can willing give it all up for being on the side of what is good and proper. The crowd boos at the situation as Butch and Wisdom make their way to the back. They stop just before disappearing to the back and the look of defeat on Butch’s face is nearly overwhelming. Wisdom squeezes his hand, and he smiles gently at her saying “I love you”…and she says “I love you too.” She shoves him into the backstage area behind the curtain and turns making her way back to the ring. The fans go nuts as she starts with a speed walk that quickly turns into a sprint. Wisdom slides into the ring and the ref calls for the bell before Shevington knows what is going on. Butch quickly making his way back out right behind her is greeting with a swarm of officials pointing him to the back. (Mia): No! (Jason): She’s gonna do it. My fuking God she’s gonna do it! (Announcer): Ladies and gentlemen, there is one added stipulation to this match. The first fall must be made under first blood rules, the second and the third…will only be announced following a preceding fall.. Wisdom looks at Mrs. Shevington who is pale as a ghost. Clearly neither woman is dressed to compete least of all Shevington dressed is in a women’s suit and low pumps. Wisdom removes her top and she’s wearing a sports top underneath. She isn’t worried about her skirt or the boots she’s wearing. Mrs. Shevington, already a senior citizen seems to shrivel and age in front of Wisdom. Her frailty and weakness so very apparent in this moment. Wisdom looks at her and Shevington is in tears, begging her, slowly backing away from Wisdom. (Mrs. Shevington): Please…don’t do this. (Wisdom): I’m so sorry. Wisdom levels Shevington with a clothesline sending her to the mat. The crowd cringes as she hits the canvas, almost feeling her bones rattle. Shevington’s arm shoots up involuntarily in pain, the wind knocked out of her and her body in such agony from one simple move she can hardly yell out. Wisdom goes for the cover, but the referee motions to her and shouts “First Blood.” Wisdom helps her up and stands her in the corner. Shevington looks like she can hardly breathe, she has tears in her eyes and Wisdom kindly explains that she has to draw blood. It looks as though she’s telling her that she’ll slap her hoping to bust her mouth. Shevington nods and Wisdom slaps her across the face, but not hard enough to break skin or draw blood, but enough to rattle her. Shevington’s legs buckle beneath her and Wisdom stands her up for another slap, this time a little harder, but no blood. The Havoctron comes on and the arena boos as we see Senester shaking his head and sighs deeply. (Senester): And here I thought the stakes were enough to stimulate. Let me be blunt then…I will cancel this match if this light-handed coddling continues. To paraphrase what our young Jason just said on commentary…I want you to…what was it?..... “beat the shit” out of one another…this is a competition after all…skill vs. skill regardless the disparity. The Havoctron goes off and back in the ring Wisdom takes a few steps back trying to find the courage to do what she must against an opponent not only of no physical threat, but one she could gravely injure with basic wrestling maneuvers. Back in the locker room we see Butch watching on a screen, pacing the floor like a caged beast. The camera pans on Wisdom’s face and he reads the pain in her expression. He can feel her struggle with the decision she has made, and the additional swerve in the rules by Senester that insures suffering of some nature all around. Shevington is barely catching her breath when Wisdom turns around knowing there is little way around it. She charges into Shevington and nails her with a hard forearm to the face. Blood spurts from Shevington’s nose as she’s knocked straight out of the ring. The referee immediately calls for the first fall. Shevington lays on the floor mat curled up in agony. “This is Bullshit” chants fill the arena as Mrs. Shevington tilts her head up holding her face with blood dripping from her nose. (Jason): You almost wish Wisdom had just went to the back with Butch, this is just brutal to watch. (Mia): I do, but I guess we couldn’t really think she was really going just let Michael James slip away from them after everything he’s done and put them through, to just give up and move on with no way of ever getting even. (Jason): A noble gesture by Butch sparing Mrs. Shevington, a true credit to his character but thank God Wisdom is the fiercest bitch to ever step foot in a ring. She wasn’t having it. The Havoctron comes on to thunderous boos and once more we see Senester on the screen. (Senester): I suppose that will do. The second round will be determined by submission, however the only way to submit is for one of your representatives to throw in a towel. Good luck! (Mia): What the hell? (Announcer): The representative for Wisdom Parker… "Dangan" by Masato Tanaka hits the arena and Michael James struts out from the back carrying a towel as he walks to the ring with an arrogant stride. He goes and stands in Wisdom’s corner. (Announcer): The representative for Mrs. Shevington… A referee makes his way out carrying a towel, he looks almost too scared to hold it let alone have the guts to throw it in the ring, and the fans continue showing their disapproval. (Mia): Jesus Christ…as if Michael James is going to throw the towel in. If he does Shevington wins and he’s one step closer to not having to face Butch. (Jason): Well that referee looks like he’d sooner piss himself than throw that towel in and allow Wisdom to win. (Mia): No doubt Senester put the fear of God in the man, he’s probably got his family hostage or something sick and depraved. The ref signals for the continuation of the match and Wisdom hasn’t taken her eyes off James since he came out. Her mind is full of vengeance toward him. Mrs. Shevington pulls herself up, barely vertical with the help of the ropes. As Wisdom moves in on her a towel comes flying into the ring landing at her feet. Michael James has a grin on his face as he turns and walks back up the ramp. The ref signals the second fall and Shevington takes the win. Although she shouldn’t be…Wisdom looks shocked, wondering what other dirty trick might cost her the match and Butch his shot at James. She watches as he leaves as carefree as he came up the ramp. Shevington with a definitive sigh of relief. The Havoctron comes on where Senester once again to the fans revulsion, appears on screen. (Senester): This is turning out to be quite a main event wouldn’t you say. One fall left, and like Eve biting into that apple, a woman will shape the fate of man, but which of you will it be. The final fall of the match is quite simple really. All you have to do is perform your signature move on your opponent. Being that Elizabeth doesn’t have one …I’m sure an elementary punch will do, that seems manageable, yes? The fans are booing wildly, crews are ringside, in the aisle and ramp feverishly cleaning up the clutter. (Mia): The deck is stacked here against Wisdom. That son-of-a-bitch knows exactly what he’s doing. (Jason): Damn right he does. He’s killing two birds with one stone here. Ruining Shevington physically and Wisdom emotionally. (Senester): One last thing…the first of you to perform your signature move a total of “ten times” will be declared the winner. Both Wisdom and Shevington’s hearts sink. Wisdom looks at Shevington and closes her eyes. You see her mouth “God help me.” Shevington already looks like she could lay down and die from just the few shots she’s taken. The thought of ten devastating finishers overwhelms her as Wisdom approaches and Shevington faints collapsing in the ring. Delaying the inevitable however will do no good, Wisdom musters her resolve and grabs Shevington off the mat. Shevington somehow pools her strength and she decks Wisdom across the face. The crowd roars with cheers and it takes Wisdom completely off guard. It’s hardly enough to do any damage, and she barely felt anything but the effort itself was enough to bring pause. Shevington staggers and hits Wisdom again, landing a weak and glancing blow on her shoulder. She tries to hit her again but Wisdom scoops her up and hoists her overhead slamming her to the mat with the "Talon Toss" (Gorilla Press Slam). Shevington screams out in pain, her body writhing on the mat. She’s crying and literally begging Wisdom to “Please, Stop!” Wisdom blocks it all out, trying to turn her emotions off as she grabs Shevington off the mat again and scoops her up into another “Talon Toss.” Shevington’s screams turn into faint moans and Wisdom yanks her up again into another “Talon Toss.” She pulls her off the mat and another “Talon Toss” to the mat silences Shevington. She’s out cold, and Wisdom looks to the referee who only puts up 3 fingers. She grabs the dead weight of Shevington up and two “Talon Tosses” later her count is at 5. (Mia): She’s gonna kill her, the woman is in her 70’s and passed out…she can’t take this. (Jason): I don’t see Wisdom stopping, she’s gone dead in the eyes. This is love and hate we are seeing. I’ve never seen love this deep, she would do anything for Butch, no matter the cost. (Mia): I’m just afraid what that cost is and how she is going to live with herself. Wisdom goes to pull her up again, turning her over on the mat and Shevington coughs up blood. It looks more like an involuntary body movement from her unconscious body. Wisdom gasps slightly and drops to her knees in tears as EMT’s circle the ring. The referee taps her on the shoulder reminding her that she is only halfway into her count. Wisdom looks like she’s losing her mind, pulling at her own hair in frustration. She screams out loud, a roar not unlike her husbands and comes to her feet. She wipes her tears from her face, grabs Shevington off the mat, flipping her up on her shoulder and drives her to the mat with the "Dominatrix" (The Dominator). Without hesitation she continues what at this point is nothing more than the decimation of a senior citizen. On the third “Dominatrix” Wisdom clearly hears the breaking of bone as Shevington hits the mat. She quickly locks the horror away in her forethoughts and simply counts down to block it out. Many fans have started to turn away, especially to shield their children. Wisdom drives her to the mat with another Dominatrix and there is just one more to go for victory. Shevington’s clothes are ripped. Her skirt only clinging on at the waist ripped clear up the side exposing her legs and underwear, her blouse torn down the back and pulling away from the shoulders, and her shoes having flown off her feet from the start. Wisdom looks down and pulls her up, she sends her to the mat with one more "Dominatrix" (The Dominator) and the ref immediately calls for the bell. EMT’s rush the ring and Wisdom goes to the corner slumping down. (Announcer): The winner of this bout….Wisdom Parker. EMT’s are trying to access Shevington’s condition. You can hear one say “I’m not getting a pulse.” Wisdom screams out “No” covering her ears as she sits on the mat curled in the corner. Butch comes running down and slides in the ring. The sight of Shevington on the mat is terrifying and he quickly turns his attention to his wife. Wisdom rushes into his arm, her body shuddering as an EMT pulls out an AED and goes to work on Shevington. Wisdom looks up into Butch’s eyes and just keeps saying “I’m sorry…I’m sorry” over and over again. He pulls her head into his shoulders. The arena is thrust once more into chaos as Senester slithers down ringside. He waits outside the ring as EMT’s get a pulse on Shevington. They get a pulmonary resuscitator on her as they continue to stabilize her, getting a neck brace on and preparing to strap her to a gurney. Butch turns around and sees Senester who smiles to him. Butch pulls a devastated Wisdom out of the ring and escorts her up the ramp. Senester looks at Shevington laid out on the gurney, takes his hand and gently brushes a lock of her disheveled hair back. (Senester): I’m afraid this is the end of our journey Elizabeth. It’s not my fault you can’t afford the price of your insubordination. Goodbye! Senester walks away heading backstage as fans watch in silence as Shevington is rushed down the side of the aisle. The cameras follow as she’s wheeled down the hallway and placed into an ambulance. Various superstars are looking on as the lights and sirens start to blare. The cameras go back to the arena which is still rather somber. (Jason): Well…it looks like we are going to have a double main event after all folks. (Mia): But at what cost, Wisdom may have damn well killed Shevington, no real fault of her own being manipulated in every way possible into the match. (Jason): Manipulated? Senester pretty much cancelled the match…he was kind enough to offer a compromise that she could capitalize on. (Mia): Bullshit. His sole intention here was to do as much damage to the Parkers as he could. He struck at the very heart of Wisdom making her compete against an old woman of no contest...and leaving Butch helpless to do anything about it. He knew exactly how they would respond. The ring crew begins to quickly dismantle the squared circle and lowers the cage for the main event and begins getting all the nuts and bolts in place for the Octagon and the infamous Lion’s Den. The cameras go backstage and we see Wisdom having gone ape shit in the locker room. She has destroyed their locker room, which Butch now stands outside the closed door, not even he daring to enter. Helpless in consoling his wife as she screams, blood curdling screams of mental anguish inside. He looks at the door, a painful regret on his face as officials come to him to bring him for his curtain call. He turns sorrowfully and heads towards the arena, the anguish of his wife on his mind, her screams still audible in the background. The cameras go back to the arena. (Mia): My God Jason…this is not what I thought tonight would bring. (Jason): Senester said he was going to keep her out of the match, and boy did he deliver on that promise. (Mia): He had to have known Butch and Wisdom would have rejected that stupid offer of his…they weren’t going to sign that. (Jason): They should have, it would have saved them from all this. The footage ends and back in the home of William Blaton, Anderson Cooper looks at him seeing his eyes cascading tears, he shudders, sniffling and clearing his throat pulling out a crumpled napkin dabbing at the corners of his eyes.
