When I was a little girl growing up in a quiet, faith-centered bubble, I never imagined I’d one day be standing under bright lights in an arena, hearing thousands of people cheer. My family and I always loved watching wrestling together, and deep down I dreamed of one day stepping into that ring myself. That dream gave me courage to step beyond the safety of the world I knew and chase something that felt wild, daring, and deeply alive.
At first, it was everything I hoped for and more. The friendships, the stories we told in the ring, the thrill of pushing myself to the limit…it felt like a gift I didn’t deserve but was blessed to receive. But as the company grew, so did the shadows. The business brought in people who didn’t care about honor, kindness, or respect, and I’ve been on the receiving end of more pain and cruelty inside and outside the ring than I ever thought possible. Wrestling and the great mentors I’ve had taught me strength, but the business also tested me in ways that shook my faith and my heart.
Through all of that, you…my fans, were my anchor. Every sign in the crowd, every kind word on social media, every prayer whispered in my direction kept me going when I thought I couldn’t anymore. You’ve been my family away from home, and I’ll never be able to thank you enough for lifting me up with your love and belief in me.
But now, I need to step away. My spirit is telling me it’s time to close this chapter. I don’t know exactly what comes next…except that I’ll be walking into it hand-in-hand with Sean, my best friend, my partner, and now my fiancé. Marriage is the next adventure, and while wrestling will no longer be part of my life, I’ll carry the lessons, the memories, and the love you’ve given me forever.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for every cheer, every hug, and every moment we’ve shared on this journey. I’ll miss you, but I’ll never forget you.
With love and gratitude...God bless!
Michelle
