Furthermore, just because that's the way it has always been, doesn't mean that's the way it always has to be. The fact also to note is that how much of an impact does this really have on turnout numbers at KY tourneys. NONE. Finally, if I read correctly, you only need 3 tournaments to qualify for the WORLD. SO MANY POINTS TO PONDER.
