Ok, let's have some fun. Those of you who don't think the "World Tournament" should count as a qualifying tournament for the state, please explain. Yes, I know everyone doesn't get to go, but it is only the biggest sanctioned tournament on earth. Is anyone going to go and "sand bag"? It counts against your NATSTAT, you represent your state, and you pitch 15 games over 3 days. I just don't understand. Furthermore, just because that's the way it has always been, doesn't mean that's the way it always has to be. The fact also to note is that how much of an impact does this really have on turnout numbers at KY tourneys. NONE. Finally, if I read correctly, you only need 3 tournaments to qualify for the WORLD. SO MANY POINTS TO PONDER.
