Ted demanded that he be released from the hospital, he seemed to think that they were milking him financially and not doing any more for him to help him recover.... So Ted got Mad, Checked out of the hospital and went home. They would not assist him in walking or excersing so his daughter agreed and got him out of there.

Ted is back on his feet with the aid of a walker,He will be on oxygen until he can build himself back up again. The regular Dr.s have ordered physical therapy for him a few days per week, so he will be going through a vigorous workout to build up his stamina and strength.

He is also recovering from "Shingles" on top of the heart and kidney issues...... Spunky Ole Bird at 93, glad he is fighting back!!!!!!!

Ted will remain on dialysis 3 days per week when he returns to Ky, he told his Dr.s that he absolutely could not have dialysis on the weekends because he needed to be at the Horseshoe Tournaments pitching every weekend.
