The KHPA officers are saddened to inform everyone that Vicki Belcher and Ricky Bell's mom passed this morning from pancreatic cancer.

Funeral arrangements are pending at this time and as soon as we know the information we will post it.

Our heartfelt sympathies, condolences and prayers go out to the families during this very difficult time.
