Yeah, we, Chalybeate, are the club farthest west. Just north of Bowling Green. We have had a few players before that have pitched in towns farther west. Perry Seys from Hardin, Ky. used to pitch and we had a few from Hopkinsville in the past.

Jason, we'd love to have you join us in Kentucky horseshoes. Not sure what city you live in but if you could get organized we'd always entertain a new club if you had some guys to get going. Otherwise, sanctioned horseshoe pitching can still be enjoyed in a season. Clarksville, TN. has several tournaments throughout the year and is within reasonable driving distance. I recall Perry pitching some in nearby Missouri and we'd love to have you attend our tourneys in Chalybeate. It is a great sport to get into. Let me know if you need any more info.

We also run a sanctioned league in Chalybeate and the courts are always open to practice, day or night, rain or shine.
