What I have posted now on the "Saturday Schedule" spot is all that will be posted until be get all results turned in. We will then post a rundown, ranked by percentage results in each group as to how they rank from across the state.
What you see now listed with the groups by location, it will up to the "directors" to create the mini-robins for the pitchers. These mini-round robins (2 to 5 players) are for keeping the flavor of live competition, even though those wins/losses will not matter. Everyone is pitching to achieve the highest ringer percentage possible.
Talk to your group, decide how ya'll want to mesh the groups.
Keep in mind, this is a trial and error tournament. We have never done this before. The turnout says everyone is ready to get out and pitch! If this goes over well, we can do another one. If players dislike some aspect of it, then we can always make adjustments.
Hopefully we can get back to our regular season schedule, although I think we are still going to have to adapt those to our current situation.
