We have a few members that are down and on the mend right now, so please be patient with us as we have tried to prepare the courts as best we can.

We would ask that when everyone has completed their competition for the day to help pour water and cover the courts.

We will have water, and some drinks “Free “ of charge, as well as air conditioning inside the concession building but no food will be served.

We will also try to have a few buckets with Ice Water to soak your towels to stay cool.

It will be an extremely Hot day, and we want everyone to stay safe. If you feel you’re getting overheated please get into the concession area and cool off.

Take frequent breaks but do not leave the courts as we need to know where you are in case of a medical emergency.


Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We are looking to seeing everyone on Saturday, and safe travels to the Bardstown courts.
