With the KHPA having new members this year, and as they are participating in their very first State Tournament, not every one may know which time zone Russell Springs falls into.

Is it Eastern Time or Central Time. People will need to know this so they allow for travel time to Russell Springs so they can arrive on time and not be late. The regular pitchers may already know this but the new members may not.
