While I agree that nightwatching at the dairy was the toughest, it was also the most rewarding. There was that guy who had the instrument to check several locations with a key, and he also smoked Luckies, which I bummed as I rode around with him some. The big benefit was drinking milk as it cascaded down those corrugated pipes at the creamery and became ice cold! Survived the Swafford scare one more night, woke up the milkers, and went to sleeeeeep!!!
