Dynamite is coming back well for me. I moved the plant from its original location a few years ago and apparently left some roots. The roots grew new plants and I transplanted the two larger ones (about 3 feet) in an exposed area last October (who knew what was coming). One of the two actually is coming back from low on the trunk! I even stuck a smaller piece in a foundation bed and it's coming back.
But.....for me, at least, it is not a good blooming performer. I guess I need to fertilize it, but I don't fertilize my others. I just can't get real excited about them based on my experience.
Now, to be fair, Ron in Delaware has had better results with his. Maybe he fertilizes his a lot.
