I hate to say this, but additional damage may begin to show in the coming days if those temperatures are accurate. The other factor would be the duration of those lows. Our local airport records temperatures every 20 minutes instead of hourly. It is amazing to me how the temperature can bounce up and down in just one hour. My fig is a good indicator of frost. Tomatoes can get damaged well above freezing sometimes. I can't believe those temperatures. Especially that 22 at the ground. I have a simple Accurite indoor/outdoor thermometer similar to that one. I've noticed that it tends to be a couple of degrees on the cold side.
