It didn't come on Mar.1 (meteorological Spring), but it felt like it today. Hit 59F, so for here, it really felt like Spring. Unwrapped a few more things and made it to a few more places in the yard when I get home. Still some snow left and the ground is still frozen, so I was unable to get the stakes out of several plants still. Here's what I found today.
Minor that was in one of my green tents stuffed with leaves. Above the leaf line, brown, below the leaf line, green.
Other minor, same protection, totally buried in leaves.
Needle, same protection, better results. First time in a while with a needle, I say because it didn't come in a blue pot.
Rostrata fine, A. parryi looks good, but feels mushy. Both were under a clear plastic tub with vent holes cut into it.
A larger White Shed, also a little bleached
Loblolly wrapped in burlap. Can you tell the top was sticking out? Considering that was the main growing point, I wonder if it will grow correctly now?
As you can see by the cinder blocks, I 'm going to elevate my veggie beds.
BBB living up to it's name, though not so beautiful
Here's the waggie I confused everybody with yesterday.
