Find the Goshiki...you might just find it in the trash real soon, never to be replaced again. Even if it lives, not worth having here. It will be moved at best but will have to be moved soon, unsure if it will survive such an early move. It's in a prominent spot and I'm acquiring a Japanese maple from my parent who are selling their house. Gonna go right here.
April Kiss camellia looks pretty good
More camo. Now find the frostproof gardenia
A little green left. Tempted to give up on these, however they will always probably be an annual as long as I can get a good price. My wife's wedding flower, plus they smell so darn good!
Needle got more damage than I originally thought, but still looks solid.
Brought a few plants out to start acclimatizing
I had to stop real quick to get a driveby and got a lousy shot, but there was a car behind me. This mag about 2 miles away from me has slight browning but looks good.
View of downtown from the old South Side Hospital on a dreary/foggy day. IMO, the Southside is one of the more fun places in Pittsburgh. At one point it had more bars on one street (Carson St.) than anyplace in the world. I don't know if that is still true, but it's about 30 blocks of pretty much nothing but bars, restaurants and shops.
Nice holly. These are everywhere in the more established neighborghoods, but you never see them for sale in nurseries anymore. I wonder why?
I still have yet to unveil the butia, chammy or Sweet Caress, nor have I removed any mulch yet. Will keep on updating. Thanks for looking.
