There was a much taller one (though maybe not quite as broad) at an apartment complex in Reston, VA but I checked for it a couple years ago and it was gone. It remains to this day the biggest I've seen. It was in a sheltered area at a wood's edge which probably helped prevent the weak branches from shedding which is a big problem with them.
Not far from it was one of the biggest figs I've seen in zn 7, but it too was gone. That was near some condo townhouses in the common area. It seems like unusual plants in places like that (condo or apartment developments) only last as long as the person shepherding them along either survives or remains in the area. After they are gone the "committee" takes the area over and says "what is this strange tree, let's cut it down, we don't like odd things." LOL.
