hey again garry, i have had mixed success with faxoniana here. however it does well for don in se nc coastal area. my guess is it does not like anything colder than zone 8 roughly. anything colder combined with wet makes it unhappy. mine are still alive but a bit ragged looking after two back to back very cold winters. but mine are also out in the wide open....no shelter from wind or rain. up against a south wall would help greatly! dons has given great advice. try it and see...thats part of the fun! randy
