Posted by Cosmo on August 24, 2015, 9:48 pm Any plant, no matter how beautiful, not growing where it is supposed to be is nothing more than a pretty weed. I'm moving stuff around have some extras that I can find room for but don't want to exert the energy to find a home for them. Everyone has been really nice on this forum. This is what I have available Crinum bulbisperum Hardy to zone 6 maybe 5 with heavy mulch protection on south exposure. Needs to be dry in winter. Winter wet kills them. These are pretty rough. It will take 2 years to get back up to blooming again. Self fertile. Tall bearded iris, Blue I THINK but maybe not. Don't know how many is there but its a bunch. Surprise Lillies. AT least a handful. You have to remember where you plant these because they are summer dormant. A stalk will pop up after a good fall rain, bloom and then evergreen strap leaves all winter. Good under deciduous trees. First person to reply I want it all on the forum gets it all. 1 Message Thread Non Yucca extras from my garden - Cosmo August 24, 2015, 9:48 pm Re: Non Yucca extras from my garden - Tim MA z6 August 30, 2015, 8:21 pm « Back to index
