was riding 421 in the sandhills north of wilmington and snapped these photos of yuccas just outside the trunked 421 pale blue range. This swarm along the highway for miles must have started with domesticates (stroe bought) plants bu thas morphed into a lot of interesting yuccas. Note that for some odd reason there are none of the regular concavas native to this area along about 10 miles of highway. ![]() ![]() |
