Posted by Don on June 5, 2017, 10:06 am I finally had success at hand polination. Used frozen faxonii pollen on one of the commercially available "filimentosa" variegates. The pic of the whole plant looks like it has something growing from the top of the flower stalk but it's a dasylirion flower scape in the far background. If the 2 fruit make it to maturity I hope the seedlings have enough normal green on them for photosynthesis. 1 Message Thread flacidda x faxonii success! - Don June 5, 2017, 10:06 am Re: flacidda x faxonii success! - Eckhard June 6, 2017, 3:35 pm Re: flacidda x faxonii success! - Don June 5, 2017, 10:09 am Re: flacidda x faxonii success! - Tim MA z6 June 5, 2017, 8:54 pm Re: flacidda x faxonii success! - Eckhard June 6, 2017, 12:05 pm Re: flacidda x faxonii success! - Don June 7, 2017, 7:19 am Re: flacidda x faxonii success! - Don June 7, 2017, 7:22 am Re: flacidda x faxonii success! - Eckhard June 7, 2017, 5:35 pm « Back to index
