I'm 84,5'11",165 lbs,I quick walk/tread mill 1 mile in 15 minutes,break a good sweat,3 times a week.
I play RQ ball doubles 3 times a week & any player in the club takes me on as a partner without question.
I'm on one medication Levothyroxin,due to a small skin surface gland removed 20 years ago.
I expect on my next checkup that Med will be dropped re a blood test.
I eat 3 GOOD meals a day & since it works - I don't fix it.
Eggs 3 or 4 times a week - cereal always add honey, current raisins,wheatgerm/spoon full,then large fruit juice & coffee.
I wont bore you with my lunch & supper foods,small portions,just as well chosen for healthy reasons.
If I reach 100 I'll know it.
