I just got off the phone with Verizon. They claimed a few months ago we doubled our data suddenly and out of the blue. They talked RR into paying another $50 a month more for another 10 GBs. Now they're saying we're going over the 20 GBs a month allotted. WTF?
We're not doing anything different. We did what a tech said and spent over $100 for a new Jetpack. Now they're saying we should have saved the SIMM card to see if it was defective. One BS story after the other and no two techs agree. We've been ripped off for a few hundred dollars, even though we did what the tech told us to do and took the old JetP' to the nearest Verizon store. My BP must be over 200....
