Wyatt: William I know you have a lot on your plate. You are trying to figure out if Butch has interior motives. You are trying to do right by your kids while also trying to be a better person. Last but not least you have a match against a man you have faced from your past. Who are you brother? Are you Draconis from the past tag team guy with Fallen or are you Draconis the one man army who beat 4 men and only recently lost.
Dragon: Who am I? I'm a father first, a competitor second but I lost as well. I know my daughter yes she is headstrong but I also don't see anything she did as being wrong enough to be suspended. I understand what Butch said but again he is like me the only difference is he is protecting a nephew who he treats like he is his son.
William stops himself from getting the car. He looks at HWA academy he watches as kids the same ages as his kids. They are talking to each other and laughing.
I just want to understand Rain's joining of this fan club. I can understand liking Fallen of old especially in the SOA Era. Or is Butch right and she crossed a line? Wait, how does that work? I pushed the limits of HWA in the past and I was never fined or suspended. Maybe its butches way of protecting Sean from the demons he carries.
William gets into the General Lee followed by Wyatt. William starts the General Lee he begins to pull out. He looks at everything around him. He heads down the road but his mind is still racing. Wyatt points out landmarks down the road. William continues to drive, not talking but lost in deep thought. He scans the road but never looks at anything, just the road as hevgrips the wheel tightly and then loosens.
Wyatt: Brother! Stop dwelling on everything right now. How about you try and talk about Hans, the man who should have your full attention. Don't rob yourself of a match with a man that you have a past against. William, teach me your history with this man Hans.
Dragon: Thank you dear brother yes Hans Von Richtoven what can I say. He was the golden boy. He acted like he was giving people chances at winning but for me I could only win tag matches in my first run in HWA.
Hans is correct about a couple things. Yes I had a nice start since coming back 4 wins in a row then I lost 2 in a row I have been having a better go at it since my return. I also know the man I'm facing still has a top level prestige no matter if it's just a regular match or something more.
William looks out over the horizon as he remembers the HWA of old.
Dragon: Hans has proven to be a great teacher. Almost greater than his wrestling career. We both have a drive heading towards our match. Rather than telling Hans how I will win I want him and I to show everyone in Salt Lake City, UT how great of a match we both can have. 2 old veterans leaving everything in the ring.
Wyatt: Dear brother I love seeing your fire for your career. You are always driving yourself to new levels every match, win or lose. You also give respect to every competitor you face. While also making sure the fans have an experience that was worth the price or more of admittance.
William and Wyatt continue on their road trip towards Havoc as the scene fades to black….
