Hey Betty, if the wreck was in 1957, I was only 8 years old, so a fast car to me back in the day was a Corvette. lol I had forgotten that Johnny wrecked there also. His car was some type of Ford? Or what was it? Once again my memory is failing me..............Kaye, you're probably right about several wrecks in that curve prompted them to work on the road so it's not so hard to navigate safely.
