Now, we are taking past last week - I am not Mr. Henry. I started playing Little League with Coach Lovette Weem, when I was 8, Butch Chambers, Lovette Hays Weems, Gene D. was on the team, then I go blank--- I had a old Lee-Gray uniform but I think my first year was Redi-Mix . I never played Rooster league-- that came along years later. I had to play with you big boys who were taller than pine trees. Boy, was I scared. First year I got to play maybe three times and did get on the starting line up when I was 9. Right Field- the hot spot. I may have had 5 ball hit that way all season. Jimmy Goodwin came alone after Coach Weems left. Bob Cowsert and I were the oldest on this team picture, so when did Bob and Greg move to Forest it was after 59, maybe 61. I am still on year of 62..
