I dont know about those rankings, last time I saw the seahawks defense the Packers blew them out.
I think the Packers are better than the seahawks on defense, which when you combine with the comment on the packers defense in the article there that says there is a drop off after the top 7 with the Packers being 8th, that the Packers are in the top tier.
