Minimal chance any team would even give him a tryout at this point, after all these years and the severity/recurring nature of his knee issues.

If he's smart, he'll take his $millions, get his knee completely replaced (probably what it would take to truly fix it at this point), and live out a nice, healthy, comfortable life where he can actually walk.
