I think so - he has a combination of size/speed/ability to get open that is really pretty rare. If he were healthy for 17 games, I could easily see him in the top 10 of every receiving category (provided he got enough targets, which is iffy given the number of weapons this team has is iffy).

Overselling him? Maybe. But not by much, I don't think...
