I doubt they would move on form Hooper, at minimum, he played a lot of STs snaps and they moved on from their #1 ST snaps guy in LB Eric Wilson.

I'd also point out, that originally Hooper's strengths were supposedly going forward, while the scheme they started with last year, was asking the LBers to play a lot of coverage, which is not Hooper strength. Before they adjusted and started blitzing LBers more.


Which supposedly this year the scheme is going to be a lot more aggressive from the start, with a lot more planned blitzing, which in theory should fit Hooper better.

PS: Not saying he won't bust, but just that I think an aggressive system asking him going forward might be better for him than asking him to drop into coverage.
