Also the following day, they released another WR, and signed WR Equanimeous St. Brown to join the roster, who apparently played two games for the Saints in 2024 and only had 62 yards over the last two years. So the 49ers didn't exactly have a high bar for keeping WRs.


I wonder if Isaiah Neyor got released due to pure talent issues, or if he got in someone's doghouse... as usually guys that you give that much to, don't get released this quickly.
