- IF they call a run instead of a pass on the play you mentioned, or IF Love sees that it's not there and tucks and runs.
- IF the line doesn't get crushed on the FG attempt leading to the block (and by the way, one of our best blockers - Tucker Kraft - was right in the middle of the hole that allowed the pressure)
- IF the defense doesn't get gashed twice in a row to get into FG range on the drive before the INT (which, by the way, is why I didn't have a problem going for that first down; looked to me like the run defense was wearing down at that point)
- IF Parsons doesn't commit offsides on the winning FG drive
In a one score game in the NFL there are ALWAYS any number of "if this had gone their way". So to look at any one of those and say "IT WAS THAT ONE", I don't think is really all that valid.
OL, on the other hand, wasn't good all game. Not limited to one play here or one play there - they were giving up pressure consistently in the pass game, and holes in the run game were pretty scarce as well.
