I've been saying that I haven't cared for how they handle the OL for years. Need to let young ones settle in and get good at one thing before thinking about cross-training. And it would be a lot better if they could set a true "starter-backup" situation across the line, rather than "If a new LG is needed, we'll move the C to LG, move the RG to C, swap the OTs, and plug in a replacement at whatever position is left"...

Hard to develop the cohesiveness on OL when they're constantly being shuffled around and nobody plays next to the same guy two weeks in a row.

Oh, and STOP TRYING TO ROTATE MORGAN IN!! Either he's good enough to play, in which case you bench Walker or Rhyan and play him, or he's not, in which case you let him sit and develop further. But STOP with this constant rotating guys. IT'S NOT WORKING!!!
