I don't know this, but I wonder if part of this is because we keep the team so young and are always trying to develop new players for offense and defense for the future over prioritizing STs now.

That and simply we haven't drafted good returners which usually tend to be lighter, where Gute goes for bigger players.


But yeah, I wonder if that's just Packers teams or the entire NFL, as it'd be odd to have one team be that bad if it's the entire NFL.
