With ten HC changes and other teams dumping their DC and OC it’s a wide open market.
Coordinator contracts are 3 to 5 million
Experienced Position coaches 1 to 5 million.
Most others in 650,000 range.
Assistant coaches 175,000.
The competition to get the choice coordinator and position coaches must be throat cutting level.
30 plus coaching changes made over 20 teams and it’s not done yet.
