I believe he also said not anytime soon, but he's supposedly concerned with the Packers being able to keep up financially, since they're not able to sell 10% of their teams and raise a ton of cash and he can't with the Packers.


Of course, that shows he's either forgetting, or purposely ignoring the fact the Packers can sell stock without selling any percentage of the business.


Simply put, Policy is just setting the stage for future changes.... and arguments with other teams and softening blows for any potential changes with the fans.
