Why should I trust you?


You left....supposedly slain by the blade of a scythe.


Why should I trust you?


You chose others over me...I was left to learn the lessons on my own for the most part, and I did.


Why should I trust you?


Ever since you've returned, you've taken great pains to avoid contact with me.


Why should I trust you?


I'm a self made man, with all the privileges, powers, and financial perks that come with such power.


Why should I trust you?


Because I choose not to be a mindless puppet? Because I choose to think with my own clear mind?


Why should I trust you?


Because out of everyone that has come through those towers, I am the only one who not only survived, but succeeded. Dredge is dead. Buff is off playing shadow games one minute, and Hans was gone, and is just now getting back, though his skills have definitely improved.


Everyone else is just hanging on...they NEED you to survive. I don't. I could walk away (and I have) and still be an evil, powerful, despicable son of a b###h. And my wife would back me to the end of time in doing so.


I looked in that mirror...and I see a man who succeeded with the least amount of your blessings, the least amount of your power, took the most bullsh*t, broke through the most roadblocks, and still stand here not only a champion, but the best champion HWA has right now, today. I've beaten every damn man you've thrown your weight behind. And you choose to call that a chance not given....


...then I wonder what would happen if you really did give me the opportunity that you gave them...when even them with all your efforts weren't enough to defeat me.
