The scene opens up again and we find Logan Neilson barely awake walking down the busy corridors of Lenox Hill Hospital, he raises a hand to block the seemingly blinding lights from his tired eyes. He walks slowly, things around him travelling at a hundred miles an hour. His mind is all over the place, he tries to overcome feelings of guilt with feelings of acceptance and feelings of anger at Talon with those of love for Ally.

He is knocked back to reality by a sharp pain to his shoulder almost spinning him on the spot. He looks for the cause and stares straight into the eyes of a man, his face hidden under a hood, who has just collided with him. The hooded figure turns away instantly and walks in the opposite direction, Logan stands stock still staring after the man. There is something familiar about his eyes, something that makes Logan feel uneasy. A few seconds pass and he shrugs it off as the man becomes obscured and disappears into the crowd. Logan presses on, he puts his uneasy feelings down to the traumatic night and the worry for his girlfriend…and his child’s safety. He decides the faster he can get back by Allys side the better and its not long before he finds himself at the main entrance to the hospital. He smiles and nods at the security guard as he passes him at the door and spotting his car in the parking lot he bounces down the stairs to the right, avoiding a man in a wheelchair being wheeled up the ramp to his left.

Logan reaches his car quickly enough and opens the door. He takes a last glance back at the hospital and something causes him to jolt. He looks again, closing the door and he walks closes to get a better view….
Standing outside the hospital entrance leaning nonchalantly against the wall, playing on his iPhone and chewing gum is Malik Jordan. Within a second it clicks… Logan knows why he recognised the hooded mans eyes. Without time to blink he takes off heading straight for Malik, he vaults himself over the railing and Malik looks up and a looks of shock hits him. He starts to fumble with his iPhone to warn his friend but it’s too late, Logan is onto him, he grabs Malik by the face and smashes the back of his head hard against the exterior wall of the hospital. Malik grabs his head and falls to the floor, stunned from the impact. Logan kicks his iPhone out of his reach and takes off again into the Hospital and into the crowded corridors.

Logan pushes his way through people, doctors, nurses, patients… anyone who is in his way. He is furious with himself for not acting on his instinct earlier, now it might be too late. He grabs a patients crutch as he passes and the woman falls to the floor, tripping others up. Security is now onto the chaos and try to make their way through the crowd to get to Logan but he has a good head start. Within a couple of minutes he is at the door to Allys room. He opens the door as quietly as possibly as an unhooded Kaleb Cross stands over the sleeping Ally. Logan takes a step forward, Kaleb hears it and turns but only in time to receive a mouthful of the crutch. He crashes to the floor and Logan goes for him but the commotion wakes Ally who sits up and screams, half in shock and half from the pain in her neck. Logan is distracted by her scream for a moment and Kaleb capitalizes and tosses a lamp from a near by table at him. Logan ducks but Kaleb pounces and wraps the lamps cable around Logans neck and pins him down face first.

Logan has enough adrenaline to power his way to his feet but Kaleb hangs on still strangling the air out of him. Logan pushes hard back in to the wall causing Kaleb to realise his hold. Both men get to their feet cursing at one another. Logan lounges for Kaleb who anticipates and side steps him and catches Logan with a knee to the ribs which he shakes off and they measure each other up.

(Logan): What…. The f*ck…. Are you … doing here?

But before Kaleb can respond Logan charges him again, and tackles him hard and they both crash through the door and into the corridor. They both take swings for one another, Kaleb hits Logan with a hard upper cut but receives a big left hook to the jaw in response and he rolls off him just as security guards surround them, batons ready.

(Kaleb): This lunatic attacked me!

A large lump in already clear on Kaleb’s head from the crutch and Logan is hunched over still trying to catch his breath from being choked. Security command them to stand down as police start to arrive, Logan ignores the authorities and he takes a step towards Kaleb at the same time a security guard puts a hand on Kaleb’s shoulder from behind. He reacts with an elbow to the security guards face, snatches his baton and hurls it at Logan who ducks and the baton connects with another guard and knocks him out cold. With the crowds attention distracted, Kaleb makes a dash for it and escapes the clutches of a the law enforcement and disappears into the crowd. Logan stands a little frustrated that he got away but more relieved that Ally wasn’t harmed. He turns and heads back towards her but is tackled by the police who read him his rights and the scene fades to black with as they cuff his hands.
