Great memory, David. It confirms what we were thinking. Thank you for posting that. I would have been 6th grade that year; therefore not part of the HS assembly and not allowed to attend KK that year. But I do think Kelly and Robert were 7th graders. That made them the youngest to attend KK dances that first year it became an official teen hangout. That sounds about right.
