Were you saying that in 2004 when the McKenzie situation went on? Rosenhaus's BS literally forced a trade mid-season that year, which completely hosed our defense (losing one of the best CB's in football, and also just about the only really 'good' CB on our roster that year)...

Of course, in this case, it wouldn't be nearly as damaging to the team overall. With the additions of Golden and Williams, there are a LOT of WRs on the roster now with the potential to really be something. Even without Reed, they could (POTENTIALLY) have a top-5-in-Packer-history type of WR room - the raw talent looks to be there if they can put it together...
