Basically all 32 teams in the NFL are 4-2 defenses as they're in nickel package with 5 DBs at least 70% of the time.

But they still keep the 3-4 or 4-3 for some plays, and usually noting more of a playing style.

Based on some of the comments, sounds like we'll have a 4-3 look but play more aggressive and have a 3-4 style, as we expect to blitz more this year than they plan early last year.


Early last year they wanted to get pressure with just 4 but then realized they didn't have the talent to do it with just 4 and started blitzing more.

This year, they plan on blitzing from the start.
