Agreed, it doesn't look even remotely close...


I don't know what this says, but 2025 absolutely destroys in a couple of areas (you can't remotely argue RB Jacobs, TE Kraft, DE Parson etc)...

But any area where their is any potential debate, it all goes towards the 2010 team...


Like you could claim the IOL is a weakness for the 2010 team (especially their run blocking), BUT the 2025 team doesn't really compete at one single position.


Just trying to make some sort of argument for the 2025 team, they're better in some areas in terms of depth...

Like the 2010 team had almost nothing behind Matthews and Raji in terms of pass rushers... the 2025 team had a number of Edge Rushers behind Parsons, not that could beat Matthews, but a lot better than the Edge Rushers behind Matthews. Though to counter that, outside of Wyatt the Packers had very little at DT.


Likewise, the 2025 team has a lot more depth at Safety, but the counter is a lot less at CB.



Also on a side note, I think I'd go with Watson and Nelson on the outside and Jennings in the slot. Crazy respect for Driver, BUT 2010 he was slowing down. Reed is probably in front of him, and I like Reed, but Jennings was money in the slot especially on quick slants. Though in Reed's defense, we don't see quick slants run nearly as much anymore.
