I thought I read the DA said that he would’ve charged him with more, but he was hamstrung by the laws pertaining to domestic violence vs criminal violence. Can anyone verify that? If that’s the quote, that doesn’t make it sound like the video would make it any better. Do we know that the judge has seen the video?
