I have recieved a phone call from Ted's Daughter Betty Lou just a few minutes ago.

It is with a very heavy heart that Ted Sauer passed away this morning around 2:30 A.M.

Ted's other daughter Belinda Price was at his side.Ted was in the hospital in Fort Myers Florida.

Betty Lou (Ted's pther dauighter) wants everyone to know that one of Ted's last wishes was to Get Well and pitch one last tournament with Walter Ray Williams in Florida so Ted could beat him again and see the look on Walter's face.

Funeral arrangements at this time are pending, but Ted will be brought back to Lousiville sometime this weekend.

As the details become available I will post them.
