Yes sir. Ted will be hugely missed. He already was at this year's tournaments. I always enjoyed being in Ted's presence. He was very knowledgeable in his love for horseshoes, a positive influence and a guiding hand to many players. Ted was a real trooper. I hope that once he gets settled into heaven he'll be pitching with some of those Kentucky legends that have gone on before him. I know he would enjoy that.
To all of my fellow KHPA'ers, when you are at a tournament and competing with your fellow members, cherish each tournament, each game and each competitor. You just never know how many more opportunities you will have to do this thing we all love to do. Compete and pitch each weekend with joy.
RIP Ted Sauer.
