Plus, I think based on body type, size, etc., Belton is destined for interior OL in the NFL. We'll see what happens. Either way, regardless of what position he ends up at, I will be very surprised if Morgan isn't starting somewhere week 1 this year. And assuming he does end up starting week 1, I will be VERY surprised if we're not all saying "Wow, he sure upgraded that position!" by the end of the year.
Look at it like this: Do you recall, when Rhyan would go out and Morgan would come in, saying "Holy crap, the OL is SO MUCH WORSE" when Morgan was in? Yeah, me neither. So if Morgan, as a rookie, can come in and at least hold his own as compared to a three year vet, who by all accounts had really upped his own game... The way I see it is that Morgan's floor - his absolute bottom floor - is Sean Rhyan. But he also has a LOT higher ceiling.
Let's see what Morgan does with a year of NFL coaching, strength/conditioning, etc. It's clear that Gute and LaFleur see something there.
