If he goes first I really don't know who to leave it to. I remember Ponya in Greenpoint who left her considerable estate to the neighbor who did so much for her never suspecting she would ever benefit from it. Everyone thought the old woman was poor. I only knew the woman who helped Ponya as Eddie's mother. I posted that ~ Story ~ here a few years ago. Whatever family Ponya had did little or nothing for her so got nothing when she passed away. Should I do the same? I don't need help now but I may in the future. Will anyone be there for me? I'm doubt my son could be or would be. I don't expect anything from the grandchildren - his or mine.
I see the good these cat and dog Rescues are doing here and consider leaving the bulk divided among the best ones. Or whatever is left of our estate at the time.
